Back in the saddle!

After a 6+ month layoff, it's about time to get the ol' blog up and running again.

Team Hynes had an outing today to the May Day/Cinco de Mayo parade today near Powderhorn Park in Minneapolis.  It was part of a busy day, including DM's first trip to the Minneapolis Farmer's Market, another stop by one of his favorites, the Midtown Global Market and then on to the parade.  It may sound like hyperbole, but I'm comfortable saying that the parade, sponsored by the 'Heart of the Beast Theater' is a can't miss event, one of the best things to do in the Twin Cities each year.

Desmond has become quite a dancer in his 17+ months on the planet, as you can see from his sweet, swingin' moves in the video below (and a second where he's just enjoying a fun drum line):
