Garden, popsicles, and a carousel

This week DM spent a morning with Grandma and Grandpa at their house. They had a walk and DM explored the garden; always a fun and fascinating classroom.

The next day DM had his very first popsicle (thank you Grandma!): pineapple. Mmmm. He was very excited about it. In addition to licking it he liked how it splintered when we smashed it on the sidewalk.

Today DM and Mama went to see the Como Park (Cafesijan's) Carousel. Apparently DM wasn't too sure about riding the 99 year-old carousel because he howled as soon as we stepped on the platform. Instead he was happy to run around the outside of the ride. And so we did.
